A CALL TO ACTION FOR A NEW MAGARINI
Fellow citizens, public servants and community leaders of Magarini,
The time for excuses is over. The journey toward a safer, more prosperous and orderly Magarini has already begun, and every one of us—chiefs, assistant chiefs, church leaders, Imams, police officers, nyumba kumi coordinators, wazee wa mtaa, boda-boda officials, teachers, medical personnel and ordinary residents—must play their part without fear or favour.
1. WHAT MUST CHANGE.
• Zero tolerance for child abuse, rape, murder, suicide, theft, any form of witchcraft or extortion.
• No more “business as usual.” We must follow the law, serve with integrity and protect the vulnerable.
• Any leader who fails to meet these standards will step aside; others are ready and willing to serve.
2. OUR SHARED RESPONSIBILITY.
• Government agencies must coordinate and respond promptly to all complaints.
• Citizens must stay alert, report wrongdoing immediately and refuse to be silenced.
• Development, security and basic services are not favours—they are rights paid for by our taxes.

• Remember: these officers are our employees, paid by our taxes. Demand courteous, prompt service—do not feel you are asking for favours. They are obligated to serve you well.
5. OUR PLEDGE.
I, together with all committed residents, will stand firm, expose wrongdoing and press for real development. We will not be intimidated—and we remind everyone: you only live once, so live it courageously in defence of what is right.
Magarini belongs to us all. Raise your voice, keep watch, demand accountability. Together we will transform this constituency into one of the very best in Kenya.
Tupate sauti moja, tudai haki, na tujenge Magarini Mpya!
