MY MANIFESTO TO THE PEOPLE OF MAGARINI CONSTITUENCY, KILIFI COUNTY (2027-2032).

As we look forward to a brighter future together, I want to share my vision and unwavering commitment to transforming Magarini into the most developed and prosperous constituency in Kenya. With your support and unity, we can turn these aspirations into reality after the 2027 general elections.

EDUCATION FOR A BETTER TOMORROW.  

Every child in Magarini deserves quality education. I pledge to construct two additional secondary schools in each ward, upgrade and equip existing ones, and create an environment of hope and opportunity for our youth. To support our students' mobility, I will ensure that every secondary school is equipped with a school bus, providing safe and reliable transportation. Additionally, I will establish three new primary schools per ward, ensuring our children learn in conducive environments with modern facilities, playing fields, and safe infrastructure. Education is the foundation of progress, and I will make it accessible to all.

SECURITY AND PEACE.  

A safe Magarini is a prosperous Magarini. I plan to establish three extra police posts in each ward, fully equipped and staffed, to guarantee the safety of our families, businesses, and communities. Upgrading police housing and ensuring their welfare will be a top priority, so they can serve us better and protect our peace.

ROADS, INFRASTRUCTURE, AND LIGHTING.  

I am committed to improving transportation and safety. The road from Malindi to Baricho will be fitted with pedestrian pathways, water drainage systems, clear markings, and regular maintenance to prevent accidents. I will also advocate for new roads to ease the movement of our farm produce and livestock. To boost commerce, especially at night, I will ensure large sized streetlights both solar and non solar are installed in our main roads and shopping centers to ensure they are well-lit, encouraging business growth and security. To support local entrepreneurs, I will promote the establishment of car wash stations that are well-equipped and managed by youth in every shopping center, creating employment and improving service standards.

WATER AND AGRICULTURE PROMOTION.  

Magarini's land is our greatest resource. I will partner with international donors to construct five mega boreholes in each ward, providing clean and reliable water sources for our people. Furthermore, I will oversee the construction of 20 mega dams distributed across the constituency. During rainy days, a lot of water goes to waste; these dams will harvest and store water, ensuring our farmers and livestock have sufficient water during dry seasons, boosting food security and productivity. To promote large-scale farming, I will facilitate partnerships with the diaspora and local investors, creating at least 20,000 jobs for our youth. We will utilize landowners' resources for sustainable agriculture and economic growth. Additionally, I will collaborate with international and local donors to sponsor vocational training, professional certificates, and university scholarships—opening doors to employment and entrepreneurship.

COMMUNITY AND GOVERNANCE. 

Working closely with local leaders, elders, and community organizations such as Wazee wa Mtaa and Nyumba Kumi, I will ensure law and order, peace, and harmony in our villages. Transparency and accountability will guide all my efforts, and I will advocate for a functional Huduma Centre in Magarini to bring government services closer to you. Furthermore, I will push for the issuance of title deeds to residents, enabling them to utilize their land effectively and secure finances for development.

YOUTH EMPOWERMENT AND SOCIAL JUSTICE.

To help our youth access more jobs, I will establish well-equipped youth centers and entrepreneurship hubs. I also plan to launch a community loan SACCO that will offer loans at very minimal interest to our mothers, fathers, and young entrepreneurs in Magarini, enabling them to run and grow their businesses. This SACCO will attract funds from donors and Kenyans of good will, some of which will be provided as interest-free loans to empower our community. Additionally, I will support organizations working tirelessly for the rights of girls, boys, and vulnerable groups, ensuring everyone in Magarini has a safe environment to grow and realize their potential.

INDUSTRY, SPORTS, AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT.  

To nurture our youth’s talents, I will mobilize resources to build sports stadiums across all wards and encourage the establishment of factories and industries. This will generate employment opportunities and foster local entrepreneurship. The establishment of industries and large-scale farming will be prioritized to transform Magarini into a hub of innovation, productivity, and youth empowerment.

HUMAN RIGHTS AND SOCIAL JUSTICE.  

I am committed to supporting organizations working tirelessly for the rights of our girls, boys, and vulnerable groups. Everyone in Magarini deserves a safe environment to grow and realize their potential.

My pledge to you, Magarini, is to serve with integrity, dedication, and a genuine desire to uplift our community. Together, we will build a Magarini that is secure, educated, prosperous, and full of hope for generations to come.
