Raila Odinga( BABA) on his confirmation as a candidate for the Chairperson of the African Union Commission in the upcoming February 2025 elections.

His enduring commitment to Pan-Africanism and his profound understanding of the challenges facing our continent make him a fitting choice for this esteemed position. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated remarkable resilience and unwavering dedication to the principles of justice, equity, and progress.

His ability to articulate the aspirations of the African people and to stand firm in the face of adversity has inspired countless individuals, including myself and the people of Magarini and Kenya at large.

I have personally learned invaluable lessons from his leadership—lessons of persistence, strength, fearlessness, and ambition. He has consistently advocated for the voiceless and championed critical issues that affect our societies, and it is this spirit that will undoubtedly resonate within the corridors of the African Union.

As he embark on this journey toward securing the leadership of the African Union, I want to express my sincere support and best wishes. May he continue to inspire hope and foster unity among African nations, as he seek to address the myriad challenges our continent faces.
